Company History
Started in 2006, TNagents has taken a new approach to the MLS® and integration. Since we have a local database rather than just pulling data from an external source, we have much more flexibility. We have features such as client property alerts (weekly emails that match their criteria), automatic featured listings population, and allows for many of the tools found in the AgentAdvantage.
Founder's Background
As an IT professional of over 10 years, I've always enjoyed coming up with ideas and trying to make them materialize. I was first approached by a real estate agent to come up with an advanced website back in 2000. I've some careful planning the best price I could offer was tens of thousands of dollars. As a single independent agent, this was not a realistic product. So years passed and again I was approached by the same agent, still wanting a really nice website with a ton of bells and whistles. Again I told him, the cost would still be outrageous and that would be hundreds of man hours to develop such a system. Then I decided I would design such a system and instead of placing a huge price tag on it, I would instead make it many times better and essentially share it with any agent that was interested. That day, TNagents was born.
